Julia Maendler received her Diploma in Industreal Design at Hochschule für Gestaltung, Pforzheim in 2001. 

Postdiploma Design Mobilier 2004 at Ecole Nationale Superieur des Arts Decoratifs in Paris.

She has worked in London, Munich, Hamburg and Paris in the fields of furniture, product, medical equipment, home appliance, parfum, automobile and luxury.
